We're looking for someone who sees an org chart and immediately asks is this the right shape?

This is not a traditional HR-admin or org-chart maintenance role. We need someone who can take a 200-person organization spanning 18+ companies and turn it into intelligent staffing analysis — ratios, capacity models, and concrete hiring recommendations.

The core of the job is answering questions like:

  • Do we have too many CSMs for our current client load?
  • At what point do we need to hire another recruiter?
  • How many AI team members are enough before we're over-capacity?

What you'll do

  • Maintain real-time org charts across all portfolio companies — living systems, not static documents
  • Analyze staffing ratios across departments and flag when they fall out of alignment
  • Build capacity models that answer how many do we actually need?
