We're looking for someone who sees an org chart and immediately asks is this the right shape?
This is not a traditional HR-admin or org-chart maintenance role. We need someone who can take a 200-person organization spanning 18+ companies and turn it into intelligent staffing analysis — ratios, capacity models, and concrete hiring recommendations.
The core of the job is answering questions like:
- Do we have too many CSMs for our current client load?
- At what point do we need to hire another recruiter?
- How many AI team members are enough before we're over-capacity?
What you'll do
- Maintain real-time org charts across all portfolio companies — living systems, not static documents
- Analyze staffing ratios across departments and flag when they fall out of alignment
