We are seeking an AI Strategy and Transformation Lead to drive a high-profile AI transformation program within the marketing function of one of the world's leading financial institutions. This is a senior client-facing role, working directly with marketing leadership to shape and deliver a forward-looking AI strategy - spanning governance, tooling, operating model design, and measurable adoption. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and delivery: translating executive vision into structured programs, navigating the complexity of a highly regulated enterprise, and ensuring AI capabilities are embedded into how the marketing organization works - not just what it procures.
