Air Conditioning Engineer / AC Engineer

BJF Group is a leading multi-discipline Main Contractor across the UK, seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer within the Facilities Management division.

Position

• To carry out installation and maintenance of relevant trade in domestic and commercial buildings
• Servicing all AC units at prestigious commercial dwellings.
• Fault finding and repairs of air conditioning systems; VRV VRF's, split units, chillers
• Providing maintenance and inspection of all units on sites
• Completing small works, installations and refurbs of AC cooling equipment.
• To carry out and complete all works to a high standard, in a competent manner and to leave the site of works in a clean and tidy condition.
• To liaise with other staff and external contractors in a positive and cooperative manner and to ensure the timely and proper completion of works to support reasonable operational expectations.
