Job description
Job description: Promptly attending and responding to enquiries from Customers.
ØRate negotiation with airlines, sub agents, destination offices and transporters.
ØUnderstanding the needs of customers and providing solutions to their problems
ØCoordinating with local shippers, destination offices and CHA for smooth handling of shipment.
ØUpdating the status of shipments and following up on deliveries
ØMaintaining Daily Status reports.
ØTake part in Cargo planning, and maintaining committed cargo volumes with Airlines.
ØPreparing Rate Contracts with the shipper
ØWork in close co-ordination with Sales teams to On-board New Customers and start new Trade lanes.
ØQuoting rates to the shipper on spot queries.
