Purfleet, Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
Main Purpose of the role
DSV is recruiting for a Air Key Account Operator to provide an efficient and proactive service to all key account customers, overseas and related service providers. You will be dealing with all aspects of export operation as well as managing customer expectations and continuous improvements​.
What will you be doing?
Receive export bookings from our customers and process bookings in line with KPI requirements and meeting customers’ expectations 

Follow procedures and time frames with pre agreed workflows
