Air Operations Associate

Owns the job file and also has responsibility for creating and updating
relevant documentation and Customer Invoices in the system.

Position Overview: Execute the proper operation, monitoring, and management of air export and import shipments, in accordance with the established operational and administrative guidelines and KPIs.

Key responsibilities & duties

Execute and manage air import and export shipments based on the contracted service, including scheduling logistics services such as pickup/delivery, warehousing, cross-docking, customs clearance, and international freight with various vendors, agents, and overseas offices. Oversee shipment costing and invoicing, ensuring accurate financial processing.
