Training and mentorship provided – the team is passionate about developing talent. Responsibilities Requesting rates from overseas agents, airlines and local service providers. Compiling relevant rates for agents and local customers Do estimate and send via CW1 to customer (import, export, cross trade and all Inco terms) Possess a good understanding of import/export procedures. Handle customer queries regarding the estimate done. Handle some forwarding aspects on selected shipments. Requirements 2–3 years in airfreight estimating/operations. Good understanding of import/export procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills. Cargo Wise experience beneficial (training provided if needed). #J-18808-Ljbffr
