**Description:**
You will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Airport Representative is responsible for ensuring smooth airport transfers and guest assistance for arrivals and departures.
**Qualifications:**
Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in guest services in a luxury hotel. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality. Basic knowledge of airport operations, guest handling, and coordination of transportation services is required.
