Responsibilities: As an Entry-Level Amazon Connect Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and administering Amazon Connect Contact Centre solutions. You will work closely with the team to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs. Design and configure Amazon Connect solutions to meet business requirements.
