JOB DESCRIPTION – PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND SOURCING SPECIALIST
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Specialist to identify, validate, and develop high-potential products for Amazon.
You will own the end-to-end process—from product research and validation to supplier sourcing, product development, and profitability analysis. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to make data-driven decisions independently.
Compensation & Setup
Salary: $1,000–$1,400/month (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time (9 hours/day), 1:00 PM–11:00 PM PHT for the first 3-6 months, with activity tracking (TimeDoctor) for alignment and performance visibility
More flexibility after the initial 3 months (if performance is satisfactory upon performance evaluation)
Benefits: 14 days paid leave after 3 months
