Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to drive employee engagement, employee lifecycle management, onboarding experience, performance management, employee relations, and HR interventions across business functions. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals while ensuring a positive employee experience.
