Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior NICE Actimize SAM Support Engineer with strong expertise in AML transaction monitoring and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in NICE Actimize SAM implementations, L3 support, troubleshooting, customization, and stakeholder management within banking and financial services environments.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing AML Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) applications, ensuring smooth batch operations, incident resolution, and compliance with SLA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
.Provide L3 production support for NICE Actimize AML SAM applications.
.Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, defects, and performance issues.
.Monitor and support daily batch runs and Control-M job scheduling activities.
