Analyst, Debt

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the finance origination, underwriting and reporting processes for new developments, re-developments, and investments/acquisitions within your debt portfolio. The Analyst plays a central role, working cross-functionally with other departments (e.g. Development, Investment, Asset Management, Leasing, Accounting, etc) and industry professionals. You will continually be challenged with complex projects and eventually grow to lead the debt process from start to finish within your portfolio. You will have a direct impact on capital stack strategy and how we approach lenders and source competitive loan structures and terms. You will be a key contributor in maintaining the risk management process and looking at pipeline projects, debt maturities, as well as loan structures to ensure that Dream is protected.
