**Role Description** Based in Vancouver, BC and reporting to the Manager, Development Asset Management, the Analyst, Development Asset Management will play an important role within a team responsible for overseeing the investment performance, capital deployment, and portfolio management of a large real estate development pipeline across BC.The Analyst will primarily support the underwriting, evaluation, and ongoing management of development projects across a range of asset classes including residential, industrial, mixed-use, office, and alternative asset classes. The role will involve working alongside senior team members to build and maintain complex financial models, support investment decision-making, conduct market research, and assist with portfolio-level analysis and reporting initiatives.
