About Orica  About the role  We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a skilled Finance Analyst to join us as Finance Business Partner Analyst  to support our Manufacturing operations,  with a key focus on our Gomia site in India. 
This role is suited for a finance professional with strong manufacturing experience and deep expertise in product costing, who can confidently partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence operational decision-making remotely. You will play a critical role in monitoring site performance, driving cost discipline, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across a complex manufacturing environment. 
This position operates on a hybrid working model, based in our office.
