About the role

As Financial Reporting Specialist you are responsible for the centralized preparation, coordination, standardization, and continuous improvement of (Financial) Management Reporting within the Controlling organization. The role supports the Controlling community by delivering high-quality recurring reports, enhancing reporting processes, and driving automation and efficiency initiatives. You are part of the newly established “Reporting Factory” team, located in the Philippines.

• Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc management reporting
• Optimize the processes of data preparation and analysis
• Develop standards for reports and dashboards
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Integrate new technologies in the reporting landscape
