Role purpose
Travelex, the world leader in providing foreign currency, is looking for a candidate to join its Governance and Control team in Mumbai, as a Governance & Controls Analyst. This role would involve the Blackline administration, management of risk, review and testing of internal controls, audit and assurance related activities.
Key accountabilities
Technical activities
Perform and manage all system administration activities in Blackline (Balance Sheet Reconciliation tool).
Ensuring that Finance team adhere to timelines for completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Review the Balance Sheet account reconciliations in accordance with IFRS accounting standards. Produce clear reports of the testing performed, results noted, root causes of control failures, recommendations, and timelines to address.
