Job Summary
Implementation Analysts serve as the business/technical SME for Item Processing and Print & Mail engagements across US Banking, Cards & Payments clients. They gather requirements, author BRDs/FRDs, design solutions, and configure platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Design solution architecture and configure platforms for Item Processing, Logads, remittance, ACH, ICL, check clearing, return items.
