Lease Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work independently with a high level of independence and no close supervision.
• Liaise with internal parties to obtain appropriate lease documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other Lease Administration teams to ensure workload is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Escalate issues when required.
• Engage in scope discussions and abstract critical and key information from leases and other contract documentation.
• Abstract information into various lease database systems.
• Abstract client data from lease documents into LA Systems and verify reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform lease document matching and review for completeness to be able to abstract.
• Accurately record lease document information into the Master Document Control Log / Document Trackers.
