About the Role
The incumbent reports to the Operations Manager of Policy Services - Partnership Distribution and is responsible for running the day to day management of all post inception requests and enquiries. He/she is required to ensure primary servicing objectives are met in terms of quality and efficient deliverables for in-forced policies to all partnering distribution channels.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Be the direct liaison officer between partnering distributors and AIA internal stakeholders, bridging the operation disparity between partnering firms to AIA standards of business.
Support distribution channel initiatives for process improvements, participate in providing conceptualized feedback for betterment of current processes.
