Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Perform customer analysis on trending, payments, disputes, and on‐account data and proactively drive collections.Coordinate with cash applications, invoicing, dispute, D&D, and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.Execute outbound telephone calls and other customer contact, logging queries, requests, and disputes.Communicate with stakeholders and customers via email, telephone, and virtual calls.Highlight risks on customer accounts and proactively develop action plans to mitigate risk.Reconcile customer accounts.Follow up with customers regarding past‐due payments.Update client billing information.Generate and process billing invoices.Perform timely self‐assessment for OTC controls and ensure 100% control effectiveness.Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits.Conduct revenue analysis by customer, by service, and by volume mix.Post tax entries on collections.Provide MDM support to create new customers.Train and c...
