Hiring for a Leading Bank
Assist the seniors in strategic as well as adhoc initiatives and data requirements and analysis along with preparation of portfolio related MISes.Maintain & Upgrade the Master Data of entire RE portfolio and provide regular analytics on the same viz. geography-wise, product-wise, asset-wise insights etc Regularly interact and maintain cordial relations with internal customers multiple teams & departments within the Bank Prepare detailed quarterly project & borrower monitoring reports comparing real-time performance vis--vis stipulated/ expected performance, highlighting any asset management flags & risks along with proposing mitigants for the same Asset Management of portfolio including but not limited to portfolio pricings & yields, risk densities, real-time exposure tracking, exposure management etc.Interact with the external customers, existing & potential borrowers, on a regular basis to ensure comprehens...
