**Position Purpose****Primary Accountabilities**Execution of the operational and administrative recruitment process, preparation and structure of the recruitment plan, verification of personnel requisition.Links with technical schools, municipal and state employment exchanges, links with labor inclusion organizations.Execution of the staff retention plan, continuous improvement in the general retention process, satisfaction surveys of new staff.Make reports of weekly indicators and by period of recruitment effectiveness, retention through recruitment, analysis of selection by profile, general retention, and propose improvements of the results.
