Northern Trust seeks an entry-level Analyst in Manila to handle routine transactions and support process improvements in a hybrid work model.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling and processing routine transactions under direct supervision
• Ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing within established guidelines
• Preparing and submitting daily checklists to the next level
• Identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines, escalating complex issues to supervisors/experts
• Tracking trends in daily deliverables (SLA/KRA) and collaborating with supervisors to improve processes and procedures
• Working effectively both independently and as a team member
• Running, creating, and executing formal and function-specific reports
• Following incident and regulatory breach reporting procedures rigorously
