Analyst, Technology Account Management Overview
  • Provide technical account management support on MPGS (Payment Gateway) product.
  • Manage end-to-end technical and operational customer relationships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all technical, system, and operational matters related to the Payment Gateway.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal delivery, customer support, product, and business teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities by understanding customer technology landscapes and leveraging internal data assets.
  • Partner with business teams on pre-sales support, solution design, technical reviews, and operational reviews for designated customers.
