Our Team The Digital Tools Team partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable digital solutions that enable the development of confident Canadian Commercial Banking colleagues through competency-based learning, technical tool training, and resources. 
What is this role? The Senior Business Program Analyst is responsible for leading digital tools design, development and execution of innovative and dynamic solutions that increase our Canadian Commercial Banking colleagues' engagement, develop capabilities, decrease time to proficiency, aid knowledge transfer, and drive behavioural outcomes.
