R&D Partners is seeking an Analytical Project Leader to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. This role focuses on small molecule analytical development, offering the opportunity to contribute to innovative therapies from early‑phase development through commercialization.

Responsibilities
- Lead small molecule analytical development projects, including method validation and stability strategy, across cross‑functional teams.
- Oversee analytical activities, supervise internal and external testing, and ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
- Prepare regulatory documentation for IND/NDA submissions.
- Drive ICH‑compliant method development with expertise in HPLC/UPLC impurity profiling.
