Anticoagulation Service Assistant Pathway Co-ordinator

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are looking for an Anticoagulation Administrator to join their team. The successful post holder will be responsible for the provision of administrative duties within the Thrombosis Service, based in their Oxford Centre.

The Oxfordshire anticoagulation and DVT service operates across two sites; the Haemophilia and Thrombosis Centre at the Nuffield Orthopaedic site, and the pathology department at the Horton site. The service is responsible for the management of patients in Oxfordshire taking anticoagulation medication and comprises education clinics, point of care clinics, and remote telephone and software assisted dose titration.
