AOG Operations Manager

We are seeking experienced AOG Operations Manager to lead our 24/7 Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and Time-Critical Logistics Division. The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in aviation logistics, expedited freight, or next-flight-out (NFO) shipping. Candidates with an established book of business and strong industry relationships are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the AOG and Critical Response Department, ensuring seamless, round-the-clock coverage and operational readiness. Act as the primary escalation point, resolving critical shipment bottlenecks and high-pressure situations with urgency and professionalism. Oversee complex domestic and international shipping solutions, including commercial air, hot-shot ground, air charter, hand-carry, and NFO services.
