Description
An Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Intern supports the organization’s day-to-day financial operations by assisting in the accurate recording and control of incoming and outgoing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and control of raw material and finished product inventory, supporting identification of locations and improvement of the warehouse.
- Identify and entry of locations into the system.
- Capture components in the specified locations defined in the system.
- Participate in physical inventory counts (cycle counts and total counts).
- Handle all activities related to movements that affect inventory.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Basic Excel level and Oracle E1.
