APAC Ansible Platform Leader

The Red Hat APAC Technology Sales team is looking for an Ansible Platform Leader to join our team. This leadership position is responsible for the quality and execution of the APAC Ansible business as well as field execution for Ansible specialists. This role is also responsible for the development and advocacy of Red Hat’s go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies and tactics in APAC for the Ansible product line across other cross‑functional teams.

• Hire, develop, retain and lead Ansible Platform Specialists within APAC (SSPs and SSAs), to deliver emerging Ansible offerings through all sales motions.
• Lead the Ansible sales strategy for APAC, including articulation of the clear business value of Ansible, to continue to elevate our impact to both our internal and external customers, driving growth through net new opportunities.
