Drive the advancement of Estane business objectives by overseeing the pilot line run 

and transition of new product developments into commercial production. Innovate and implement Lubrizol's Most Effective Technology (MET) to enhance our processes. Utilize Process Technology to achieve continuous improvements in the Estane TPU manufacturing operations in APAC.
