We are looking for a results-driven and experienced APD Collection Team Leader to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the APD Collections team
- Monitor daily collection performance and ensure targets are achieved
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
- Handle escalations and support resolution of collection concerns
- Prepare reports and implement strategies to improve recovery rates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of collections experience with leadership background
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collection systems
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Must know how to drive and with valid driver’s license
