  Job Description  
We are looking for an Advanced Technical Support Specialist  to support clients in implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing tracking, APIs, and backend integrations . 
This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client communication , focused on ensuring accurate campaign tracking and data flow  across platforms. 

  Key Responsibilities  
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via chat, email, and ticketing systems 
Troubleshoot issues related to: 
Tracking tools (TikTok Pixel, SDKs, server-to-server integrations) 
API integrations and event tracking 
Analyze API requests/responses and debug server-side events to ensure accurate data flow 
Write and execute SQL queries  to extract and validate campaign data
