APM/Site Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily construction site operations and activities Supervise workers, engineers, and subcontractors on site Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety compliance Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Strong knowledge of façade / building envelope systems (e.g. curtain wall, cladding, glazing, waterproofing) Experience in engineering coordination and site supervision Familiar with Singapore regulatory and approval processes (BCA requirements) Strong understanding of WSH safety standards and site control Good project coordination, communication, and leadership skills
