An App User Review & QA (Quality Assurance) Coordinator is responsible for monitoring user feedback and ensuring that mobile applications meet high quality standards. This role combines two key functions: managing user reviews and supporting basic quality assurance processes to improve app performance and user satisfaction.
The main responsibility of this role is to review and analyse user feedback from app stores such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This includes reading user ratings, comments, and complaints to understand how users experience the app. The coordinator identifies recurring issues such as bugs, crashes, slow performance, or confusing features and reports them to the development team for further action.
