Responsibilities

• Stock Control and Procedure Compliance : Oversees stock management, ensuring that inventory is accurately controlled and that all processes adhere strictly to established procedures.
• Leadership and Team Management : Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
• Daily Team Operations : Manages and reports on the daily activities of the team, including monitoring attendance, scheduling, and holiday planning, while ensuring smooth operations.
