Depending on your skills you will be interviewed for either Maintenance Coordinator or Maintenance Supervisor. If you do not have supervisory experience, you will not be interviewed for Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Takes initiative, leads projects from start to finish, and solves problems on their own.
- Responsible for completing projects from start to finish, solving problems on their own, and making recommendations for improvement to leadership.
- Final internal decision-maker before founders.
- Accountable for client confidence during maintenance issues.
- Lead daily SCRUM meeting with the MX Team.
- Provide monthly reports on Maintenance for each client to be sent to Clients.
- Lead weekly meeting with Founders reporting on the activities within MX.
- Formal 1:1 ownership with all Maintenance Coordinators or Team supporting Maintenance. <...
