Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Manufacturing Solutions Team. This role will initially focus on hands-on development tasks to gain a deep understanding of our current architecture, design patterns, and development processes. Over a short period of time, responsibilities will evolve to include working with internal stakeholders to define project scopes, estimate efforts, create technical specifications, and lead end-to-end project execution in partnership with offshore development teams.
This position is critical to supporting newly announced capital investment initiatives and our broader strategy to modernize core systems by migrating them off the mainframe.
