Conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer locations. Analyse machining issues and recommend suitable tooling solutions. Support the sales team in achieving business targets through technical presentations and customer interactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the manufacturing industry. Monitor tooling performance and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Prepare technical reports, trial reports, and application documents.
