We are currently seeking an Application Maintenance and Support L2 role in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support, L2 role
• Strong in Unix
• Strong in writing SQL queries
• Knowledge of any other scripting/coding languages – preferably Java

Responsibilities

• Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
• Help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
• Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages.
• Work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
