Job Summary
The Application Specialist (DX Strategy & Application Solution) is responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing the MariApps SmartPAL system, specializing in the Planned Maintenance System (PMS). This role works alongside the project manager, ship management teams, and technology vendors to ensure data integrity and deliver operational value.
 
Responsibilities
 -        SmartPAL Implementation & Support
Lead full-cycle implementation of the MariApps SmartPAL PMS module, covering scoping, configuration, data migration, UAT, and go-live. Provide ongoing technical and functional support, coordinating with MariApps and internal teams to resolve incidents, manage upgrades, and maintain system stability.
