Job Description Primary Function Provides technical & application services & support to Agilent customers. This includes timely and cost-effective problem resolution with the objective to enhance our customer experience and meet Agilent contractual agreements. Leverage post sales interactions with customers to probe and qualify further revenue opportunities and provides highly qualified leads to sales. Performs a set of required admin tasks to ensure flawless customer service for contract and trade customers. Responsible for providing technical & application support for Agilent analytical instruments to existing & new customers in markets of Biopharma/Proteomics/Pharma/Food etc. at identified locations at PAN India level.
