Position Title: Application Support Analyst

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid Monday or Tuesday (every first Friday of the month)

Office Location: 81 Bay Street

Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): 9-5 - 37.5 On call rotation for after hours - every 5 weeks

Thursday or Friday 8pm-12pm / Code Changes / every 5th week

Job Description:

You will join the Direct Investing & Applications (DI&A) Production Support team within The Bank's PBB – Simplii & Direct Investing Technology group, providing technical investigation, issue resolution, outage handling, and continuous service improvement for core Investors Edge applications.
