Application Support Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (Every Tuesday and 1st Friday)

Pay Rate: $57.31/hr – $67.65/hr

Contract Length: 4-month contract‑to‑hire position

Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand on projects and support as required.


• Support shift for one week every month.

Must Have Requirements

• Software development/production support experience – 5+ years


• Robust knowledge of both incident and problem management process


• Experience with Red Hat Linux, IBM MQ/Kafka, SQL/Oracle DB – 2+ years


• Experience with web technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and Node JS – 2+ years


• Knowledge of microservice (Red Hat Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Chart) architecture and containerization platforms


• Payment experience – 2 years
