Application Support Engineer (Guadalajara)

OverviewThis is a hybrid position in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
Work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.ResponsibilitiesDevise or modify procedures to solve complex problems utilizing industry-standard algorithms and tools.Collaborate with development staff to determine operational requirements for test/production environments.Keep current with emerging software enhancements, security patches, and bug fixes.Monitor system capacity and performance through APM tools, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide Tier 2 technical support.Possess excellent analytical skills, a resiliency mindset, attention to detail (especially in the production environment), and excellent collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written).
