Key Responsibilities
- Lead support for DMS platform (MySQL, .NET, Python, Azure VM, iManage ).
- Resolve document ingestion, indexing, content search, permissions, iManage integrations.
- Ensure high availability for content management operations.
- Guide engineers, ensure compliance/governance for document handling.
- Participate in on-call rotation and rotating shifts.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical application issues to restore services quickly.
