Application Support Engineer

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Monitor application incidents, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of production issues;


• Provide technical support to internal users and teams to ensure application availability and stability;


• Perform log analysis, SQL queries, and basic troubleshooting in Linux and API environments;


• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve application performance and system reliability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems or a related field;


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, CRM systems, or similar environments;


• Familiarity with technical environments such as Linux, SQL databases, and general operating systems;
