Application Support Engineer 12 Months Contract
Main Responsibilities Provide operational technical support and assist functional teams Improve operations (DR, migrations, major maintenance) Enhance system reliability (automation, monitoring, alerting, RCA) Support CI/CD implementation to improve delivery timelines Manage incidents, escalations, and service delivery Standardize and optimize workflows and processes Promote knowledge sharing and documentation Bridge gap between development and operations Maintain and support system-level code as required
Qualifications & Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Banking environment experience is a plus
Technical Requirements 3+ years of UNIX/Linux experience. Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell) Hands-on experience in at least one: Ansible, GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes Good understanding of IT systems and application architecture
